Impact Conveyancing was established in 2006 by our owner, Renee Odell. We are a driven and hardworking, friendly team who take pride in helping our customers in a friendly manner.

Our Team

Renee Odell

Renee began her legal career as a Conveyancing Paralegal at the age of 18 and very quickly became a competent and confident Conveyancer. Renee has worked for Property Developers and Project Home Builders and has unique exposure and experience in transactional conveyancing, property development and building processes. Now, after nearly 30 years in the industry, Renee is a highly experienced and well-respected Conveyancer whom holds an Associate Degree in Law from Southern Cross University. Renee loves going to the footy with her kids, walking her dogs and is always up for a good laugh!

Bianca Dewberry

Bianca has worked with Renee for over 20 years! Bianca obtained her Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice from Macquarie University and has worked in law firms and for property developers and builders. Bianca’s knowledge of the building industry and its requirements compliments and enhances her conveyancing skills. A great communicator with abundant energy and a love for life, Bianca is one person you always need on your team!

Katrina Hayton

Katrina is our office manager and makes sure the Impact Conveyancing ship sails smoothly. Katrina’s meticulous attention to detail makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Katrina has been crunching numbers for the best part of her working career. She makes it her mission to ensure valid and binding Sale Contracts leave our office efficiently and is our Trust Account guru. Katrina is happiest in her garden with her plants, whilst listening to loud music!

Jo Axiak

Jo is a well known and well respected Conveyancing Assistant. Jo has worked throughout her career assisting Lawyers and Conveyancers to provide an exceptional level of service. Her detailed knowledge and conveyancing abilities are extensive and thorough and allow both Sale and Purchase transactions to run in a professional, effortless manner through to successful settlements. There is very little Jo will not be able to assist you with. Jo loves being with her sport mad sons and her fur baby Chloe!

Lisa Tannous

Lisa has just completed her studies at Macquarie University. During her Diploma course Lisa was awarded the Paul Denny Award in an acknowledgement of her commitment to her studies! A wonderful communicator with a keen eye for detail. Lisa is always keen to help and provides customer service second to none. Lisa is well on her way to becoming an amazing Licenced Conveyancer. When not learning how to become the next best Conveyancer in Sydney, Lisa is looking after her 3 adorable daughters!
